‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, we’re not scared, what a beautiful day…’ This fabulous award winning book is bought to life at the Duchess theatre for a limited period this summer.
Written by children’s Laureate Michael Rosen, ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ is a story of a family of intrepid travellers who decide to search for a bear. They journey through long grass, through a cold river, thick mud, dark forests and even through a howling snow storm. They eventually encounter the bear in a dark, gloomy cave and then the journey home is a race against time!
Join them as they ’stumble trip’, ’splash splosh’ and ’squelch squerch’! What an adventure they have before returning home to the safety of their bed!
‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ is bought wonderfully, noisily to life by Sally Cookson’s adaptation alongside Benji Bower’s musical score.
