Restaurant Review
Bloomsbury Street Bar and Restaurant is a perfect venue tucked away inside the elegant Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel.
For a pre theatre meal, you couldn’t ask for a more relaxed atmosphere. No loud music to drown out conversation or give you a headache before curtain up. Waiting staff that appear to be solely there for your pleasure and delightful food thanks to Head Chef Redmond Hayward who has been described by Egon Ronay as a ‘fine culinary artist’.
Stepping inside the Radisson Edwardian Hotel is in itself a pleasure and for me, this sets the standard for your evening. There is no sense of rushing to eat a quick meal before rushing off to the main event of the evening. In fact, the dining experience is such a relaxing one that you could find yourself, wanting to say longer than time allows.
I love this restaurant with its’ elegant décor of black leather chairs and tables and the subtle and stylish red accents. It is comfortable, light, relaxing and intimate and without being too formal. The staff are attentive and have a genuine interest in the food and wine on offer.
Concierge Desk thoroughly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting their dining experience to be an essential part of the evening’s entertainment.

I have seen Hairspray a few times. It is a great show for the whole family. I am glad there are reasonably priced packages available.
