Show Overview

Arcadia premièred in 1993 at The National Theatre and went on to win the Laurence Olivier and New York Drama Critics’ Best New Play Award.

An intelligent and funny play full of emotion and diversity as it travels from a Stately home in 1809 to the modern day.

It begins with Thomasina, a gifted pupil who proposes a remarkable theory, one that is beyond her own comprehension. Those around her, including her own tutor, are self absorbed with either professional rivalry, secret desires or illicit affairs. The action moves on and two young scholars, Hannah and Bernard are set against each other as they attempt to piece together the puzzling pieces in an attempt to uncover the mysterious truth of 1809.

This is a truly fabulous and clever play and is one not to missed. Stoppard’s use of language and the clever weaving of this storyline is masterful. Concierge Desk are very pleased to be able to offer tickets at affordable prices.

Arcadia is only running until 12th September so book now!
