Show Overview
‘The Snow Queen’ is about two young friends Kay and Gerda; Kay catches shards of the Snow Queen’s shattered magic mirror in his eye and heart and consequently his innocence disappears as visions of his world become evil and twisted.
The Snow Queen takes Kay to her frozen Palace in the North and leaves behind an eternal winter. Gerda however determines to find Kay and searches for him relentlessly with her reindeer. She eventually finds him and her love releases him from his spell as the shards of glass fall from his eye and heart.
