Love the Sinner

‘Love the Sinner’ is a new play by Drew Pautz. It receives its world premiere at the National Theatre in London with previews from 4th May and the opening on 11th May. Theatre tickets are available for performances up until 17th June.

The play deals with the hypocrisy of the established church when dealing with the third world. The cast includes Jonathan Cullen, an especially experienced stage actor. His previous productions include ‘Happy Now?’ and ‘Market Boy’ at the National Theatre in London, ‘Talking to Terrorists’ and ‘Nightsongs’ at the Royal Court, ‘Grace Note’ at the Old Vic and ‘Equus’ in the West End.

Cullen is joined by Nancy Crane. Nancy’s television credits include ‘Cambridge Spies’ and ‘Law and Order UK’. Her films include ‘The Machinist’, ‘The Road to Guantanamo’ and ‘The Dark Knight’. Previous theatre includes ‘The Strip’ and ‘The Sweetest Swing in Baseball’ at the Royal Court, ‘Trifles’ and ‘Chains of Dew’ at the Orange Tree and ‘Our Late Night’ in the West End.

Robert Gwilym is also in the cast. His television credits include ‘The Brothers Karamazov’, ‘Tiger Bay’ and ‘Soldier Soldier’. Previous stage work includes ‘The Front Line’ at the Globe.

Charlotte Randle is another member of the cast with an impressive track record. Her previous stage credits include ‘King Lear’ at the Young Vic and ‘All About My Mother’ at the Old Vic.
