As it’s name would suggest, Galileo’s is a fine Italian restaurant and bar which is situated in Haymarket, London.  Opened in 1997 by well know London restaurateur Stefano Fraquelli, Galileo’s Locanda Toscana offers a unique Italian dinning experience with a vast range of Tuscan influenced cuisine on offer, incorporating dishes not normally found in London Italian restaurants.

In addition to it’s unique menu, Galileo’s Ristorante Italiano is famous for it’s exceptional levels of service and hospitality.  The restaurant is managed by Giancarlo Pasqualetti, a native of the small Tuscan village of Pontremoli, who is always happy to share his wealth of knowledge and chat to customer’s about the history of the dishes and wines on the menu, and answer any questions about the region.  Supported by a polite and efficient workforce that will assist with food and drink choices or any other special requirements, customers are always made to feel welcome at Galileo’s Restaurant.

Brightly decorated with colourful Tuscan art and designs, the stylish interior of Galileo’s has a Trattoria feel to it which reflects the beautiful landscapes and artistic legacy of the Tuscany region.  With it’s fantastic cuisine complimented with a range of locally produced Tuscan wines on offer, Galileo’s on Haymarket brings a taste of this beautiful region of Italy to the West End of London.

Unsurprisingly, Galileo’s Restaurant and Bar is extremely popular with tourists and locals alike.  The venue normally achieves a full house every night which gives it a good lively atmosphere without feeling overcrowded.  With a full range of beers, wines, spirits, champagnes and cocktails available at the bar, together with it’s desirable Haymarket location, Galileo’s Locanda Toscana is a perfect venue to combine with a night out in London theatreland.
