The Hampshire Bar and Restaurant in the 5 Star Radisson Edwardian Hampshire Hotel is slap bang in the middle of Leicester square, only a minutes walk from the main West End theatres.  With an upbeat atmosphere, the Hampshire Bar & Restaurant is a fun, lively establishment, but not over the top.  You can easily have a chat with your meal, whilst enjoying the atmosphere and buzz of the venue.

Internally the Hampshire Bar & Restaurant offers a contemporary décor.  The dinning area, which overlooks the bar, has dark wooden panelled walls with an interesting array of prints and pictures on display.  The bar area is spacious with a lavish selection of seating available including huge, almost throne like red chairs, leather couches and lush armchairs, giving the customer a choice of seating to suit any mood or occasion.

The Hampshire Restaurant menu presents a fusion of Mediterranean influenced and modern British dishes, with good quality ingredients and simplicity in mind.  The food is delicious and well presented, and contains a diverse enough choice to ensure there is something to suit everyone. 

The bar, which is much larger than found in most hotels, offers a good selection of drinks, with an impressive range of cocktails available from good old fashioned standards such as the Pina Colarda and Daiquiri to newer more adventurous creations including the ‘Apple Pie’, which tastes exactly as the name would suggest!

Starters
Pea and ham hock soup
Caesar salad with cos lettuce and Irish Regato cheese (V) served with or without anchovy
Grilled Ragstone goat's cheese on walnut bread with watercress, celery and radish and a hazelnut dressing

Main courses:
Half spring chicken with chips and hollandaise sauce
Grilled calves liver and mash with crispy Sprotts Farm bacon
Lemon sole fillet, caper butter and mashed potatoes
Puff pastry case filled with asparagus, wilted spinach, jersey royal potatoes and served with tarragon sauce (V)

Dessert:
Chocolate tart and chocolate mousse with chocolate ice cream
Mango cheesecake
Apple pie and ice cream
